Rosheata Mcclain Rosheata McClain is an Atlanta, Georgia, native and a REALTOR® at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Georgia Properties. She is a purveyor in real estate, with a forward-thinking mindset and a collaborative spirit. Defined by a community-first, service-oriented mentality, Rosheata is committed to her journey of diverse representation, advancing affordable home ownership, and making the luxury home buying process more equitable in Atlanta’s communities. Rosheata decided to pursue her real estate career after 15+ years of progressive leadership experience at Georgia Power where she developed impeccable communication and negotiation skills in customer service, sales, marketing analysis, land acquisition, vendor relationships, and commercial account management. She successfully sold high-end emergency generators to clients including celebrities, NBA and NFL athletes, and executives, and she fell in love with the idea of becoming a luxury real estate agent. Since earning her real estate license, Rosheata has been recognized in Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate, and she is one of Atlanta Realtors® Association’s Top 15% of members through her achievements in volume of sales. She is a proud graduate of Atlanta Realtors® Association’s Emerging Leaders Class of 2021 and honored as the first 2021 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award Winner. 

She was previously Director of Education and an active member of VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals). With a tenacious mindset, Rosheata is trustworthy, results-driven, knowledgeable about the Atlanta Market, respected by her peers, outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation, committed to excellence, an advocate for her clients and dedicated to continued education and learning as she recently achieved the highest honor, completed the required Broker Education and passing the Real Estate Broker license exam for Georgia.

Rosheata was nominated and selected as one of RISMEDIA’s 2022 Real Estate Newsmakers Achievers among 300 real estate professionals of all walks of life. She is currently serving as a GAR Director from Georgia Realtors® Association. She is a Public Speaker, Consultant, and has been selected as an At Home With Diversity Course Instructor for National Association of Realtors® (NARS) and holds a professional “At Home With Diversity” Certification. Outside of work, Rosheata enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, CrossFit, yoga, and outdoor activities such as hiking. She is a foodie at heart, coffee snob, sports enthusiast, traveler and an active contributor to The Sunshine Kids Foundation and likes to volunteer for organizations including Atlanta Community Food Bank and Dress For Success.
